I am pleased to announce the launch of my new 3 Day Diet Plans for those of you who feel the need to conveniently keep in contact with the healthy side of eating. The three day diet plans encourage you to curb and re-train your eating habits, providing you with your Tuesday dinner right through to your Friday lunch. Many of my clients are finding this 3 day diet very successful because it changes their habits over time with better, long lasting results.

Incorporating the best foods from across a wide range of my plans, the 3 day diets are loosely controlled by calories and give you some wonderful healthy foods with a huge variety of ingredients, providing you with 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners and 3 desserts, all your condiments, sides, salads and delicious snacks, including the MUFA rich Flat Belly Brownies and Bodychef Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies.

Freshly buying, preparing and customising your diet plans is no mean feat. In order to help us reduce our food and packaging waste, we had to extend the time we require for cancellations from 48 to 72 hours for any refundable cancellations.
