3 Day Premier Diet Plan
The meat eating option of the 3 day diet includes some of my most popular meat dishes from the hugely popular premier plan, and some delicious desserts from the flat belly plan which might be unthinkable on any diet plan but which actually contain lots of healthy ingredients, such as 70% cocoa, nuts and monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAS) which are very good for us and fight the fats from the belly area. Breakfasts and lunches are constructed to give the correct balance of protein & carbohydrate to start fuelling you for the day ahead.
Dinner 1: turkey loaf with carrots, sweetcorn & cranberry sauce

Breakfast 1: grapefruit & orange salad with wholemeal bread & jam
Lunch 1: pitta bread with egg & salad
Dinner 2: bbq chicken with rice
