The Premier Plan, the favourite out of all our diet plans, is balanced across all the major food groups. Incorporating a mix of fresh fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates and lean meat dishes this is as near as you could get to not being on a diet, whilst still being on one!

This four day diet plan encourages you to curb your eating habits and provides you with a kick start in healthy eating.
The 4 day diet leaves you conscious of what you’re eating and reminds of what you of what you should be sticking to for the rest of the week, along with the portion size you should be eating it in.
