5 Day Low Carb Diet Plan


The 5 Day Diets are fresh food diet plans that are available to anyone within the M25. The City Diet is delivered throughout Sunday night, each week, so you wake up the following morning to find a chilled hamper containing all the meals, salads and desserts that you will require for the week in 1200 or 1600 calorie versions. Lunches are packaged conveniently to make them easy to take and eat at work.

The City Diet Plans provides all your food from Monday breakfast through to Friday lunch, leaving you feeling great and ready to do your own thing over the weekend. All you need to do is put your empty hamper out ready for collection when your next week's City Diet hamper arrives. You can choose from five very different diet plans that rotate over a month
