7 Day Diet for Meat Eaters


The 7 day diet for meat eaters, the Premier Plan is the favourite out of all our diet plans, is balanced across all the major food groups. Incorporating a mix of fresh fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates and lean meat dishes this is as near as you could get to not being on a diet, whilst still being on one!

Designed for steady healthy weight loss, and to condition your eating habits for life, you will feel more energetic and healthy. No need to cheat because we provide all the food you will need. Just heat, eat and lose weight!

The standard plans are 1200 and 1600 calories, 1200 for those of you you have up to a stone to lose and 1600 for those of you who have between 1 and 3 stone to lose. You may choose up to three food exclusions when booking your diet, additional exclusions and extras will incur a moderate charge usually passed on at our cost.
