Delivery
You will receive two fresh food hampers each week delivered each Tuesday and a Friday. Expect to receive your hamper between the hours of 8.00 AM - 4.00 PM
AM and PM deliveries may be specified and is charged on at a cost of £7.
Alternatively we can deliver to your place of work, whichever is best for you.
Once booked on your plan you can manage plan hopping and the skipping of any deliveries to suit your busy schedule. All diet plan prices include delivery to the UK mainland.
Northern Ireland Deliveries
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, are charged on at cost at £7 per delivery. (£15 per week)
Cancellations
If you expect to receive a delivery Sunday Night or Tuesday Day, please make sure we are informed by the preceding Friday before 5pm. If you expect to receive a delivery on a Friday day, please make sure we are informed by the preceding Tuesday before 5pm.

I would like to add that I found your service extremely friendly and helpful. I had a break during my four weeks and you were very accommodating over this.
I am a qualified pharmacist and am therefore fairly knowledgeable on nutrition. I felt your menus gave an excellent balanced diet. Obviously I could work out my own balanced diet but pressure of work does not allow me the time for this. For that reason I have found your system an easy time saving alternative. I even looked forward to my midday lunch. Instead of spending half the time pondering and then grabbing the first, most fattening thing in the cupboard. I hope your company continues to grow and the advertising goes well you deserve it.
