Nationwide Deliveries

Delivered nationwide, you can expect to recieve your diet plan between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and there is no need to worry as your diet hamper does not have to be signed for and can be left at a safe place designated by you. Your diet plan arrives in an iced packed polystyrene box, ensuring your food stays fresh for as long as necessary. There is an additional charge of £7.00 if you wish to select an a.m. or p.m. delivery time for your diet plan. Alternatively we can deliver to your place of work, whichever is best for you.

Please note for Northern Ireland customers, there is an additional charge of £7 per delivery.

Living within the M25

You have a choice of a full 7 day plan or a 5 day plan, allowing you to have the weekend off.

For those of you having their diet plans delivered within the M25, delivies are made by our own courier in our signature ice-packed hampers, who leave your hamper safe and ready for you in the morning.

Delivery is made from around 7pm, through until 2am on the day of delivery. We ask for a safe place to leave your hamper and it is left there ready for when you get up in the morning. We can also pick up any empty boxes you have.
