Delivered nationwide, you can expect to receive your diet plan between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and there is no need to worry as your diet hamper does not have to be signed for and can be left at a safe place designated by you. Your diet plan arrives in an iced packed polystyrene box, ensuring your food stays fresh for as long as necessary. There is an additional charge of £7.00 if you wish to select an a.m. or p.m. delivery time for your diet plan. Alternatively we can deliver to your place of work, whichever is best for you.
