The 5 Day Diet Plans are available across 6 different diet plans. Delivery is in the early hours of Monday morning each week, so you wake up to find a chilled hamper containing all your meals, salads and desserts that you will require including your Friday lunch. 1200 or 1600 calorie versions of all the diet plans are available.
Lunches are conveniently created to make them easy to take and eat at work. Your 5 day diet plan is different each week and rotates each month, ensuring your interest is maintained and your goals achieved. Put aside any worries about your food during the week. You will receive all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts, salads, sides, condiments snacks and fresh fruits to take you to the weekend. You only need to buy your own milk and water.
Then just heat and eat great food, and the weight will come off. Don’t worry, you won’t be hungry. We can customise your diet plan, adjust the calorie level and allow up to 4 food exclusions to your diet without any extra cost.
It is best to book your plan as far in advance as you can. Once you have chosen your plan and its duration, your position is secured. We can adjust your diet to ensure it works, so together we will achieve your goals and objectives. Once booked, you can plan hop as much as you like!
Freshly buying, preparing and customising your diet plans is no mean feat. In order to help us reduce our food and packaging waste, we had to extend the time we require for cancellations from 48 to 72 hours for any refundable cancellations.
