Premier Meal Plan | Dieting 7 days a week

The 7 day diet for meat eaters, the Premier Meal Plan is the favourite out of all our diet plans, is balanced across all the major food groups. Incorporating a mix of fresh fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates and lean meat dishes this is as near as you could get to not being on a diet, whilst still being on one!

Designed for steady healthy weight loss, and to condition your eating habits for life, you will feel more energetic and healthy. No need to cheat because we provide all the food you will need. Just heat, eat and lose weight!

The standard meal plans are 1200 and 1600 calories, 1200 for those of you have up to a stone to lose and 1600 for those of you who have between 1 and 3 stone to lose. Food exclusions are no problem, list as many as you like when booking and we will personalise your plan to suit.

There are 28 different main meals which rotate on 8 different menus each month, and each season our menus are re-worked as we create more fantastic fresh meals.

7 Day Premier plan is available in 1200 and 1600 calorie options. Not sure which is best for you? Try our BMI calculator.

Alergies and Dislikes

Don't worry, all our plans are completely customisable, if you are allergic to any ingredients or swap out your disliked ingredients one of our diet chefs will remove all your disliked dishes for you... absolutely free!

Delivery
You will receive two fresh food hampers each week delivered each Tuesday and a Friday. Expect to receive your hamper between the hours of 8.00 AM - 4.00 PM. Alternatively we can deliver to your place of work, whichever is best for you.
