Bodychef’s diet plans and services have evolved over the past 9 years to suit our customer’s needs.

We only ever require 4 days notice to make any changers to your diet plan. You can switch from diet plan to another. If you need to go away for a few days you can skip a delivery, you may just want to make adjustments to your next menu or even cancel… anything is possible once you’re on your diet plan!

Each week you will receive two hampers, containing all the fresh food you will require until your next delivery. Deliveries are made each Tuesday and Friday and the menus loop every 28 days.
