You’ll have a choice of calorie levels to choose from, and you can easily remove any foods that you might dislike or have problems with. There are a number of foods that may cause issues to you now that were not a problem for you before your gastric band surgery, luckily you won’t find many of those in our diet plans as everything is healthy and fresh.
