About the Gastric Band Diet

After a surgical gastric band, your diet will change dramatically. In the initial weeks you’ll be restricted to fluid only before gradually introducing foods. There are a number of foods that may cause issues to you now that were not a problem for you before your gastric band surgery, luckily you won’t find many of those in our diet plans as everything is healthy and fresh.
