Ingredients

  • 240g Soured Cream
  • 30g Dijon Mustard
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 1ml Cooking oil spray
  • 2ea Garlic
  • 4ea Spring Onions
  • 10g Dill
  • 4ea Salmon Steak

Cooking Instructions

1. 1) Preheat oven to 400F Degrees. Spray a baking sheet lightly with oil spray. 2) In a large bowl whisk together the first five ingredients until well blended. 3) Lay salmon fillet , skin side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle salmon with garlic powder and pepper , then spoon the sauce onto the salmon spreading it out. 4)Bake salmon for about 20 minutes until it is opaque in centre.
