Ingredients

  • 12g Plain Flour
  • 10.8g Ground Paprika
  • 396ml Water
  • 18g Cooking Carrots
  • 4g Beef Stock
  • 120g Onions
  • 140g Tomato Puree
  • 800g Stewing Beef
  • 200g Sweet Potato
  • 160g Garden Peas
  • 244.8g Celery

Cooking Instructions

1. Dice the onions. Spray pan with one cal spray and fry off onions, add the beef and seal season with black pepper. Add the carrots and celery. Sprinkle with the flour and paprika, gradually add the stock stirring well to prevent any lumps from forming. Cover and simmer till beef is tender.
