Ingredients

  • 15ml Extra virgin Olive Oil
  • 1g Black Pepper
  • 30ml Sherry
  • 30ml Soy Sauce Low Salt
  • 5g Ginger
  • 40g MangeTout
  • 75g Beansprouts
  • 2ea Garlic
  • 3ea Spring Onions
  • 30g Closed Cup Mushrooms
  • 160g Chicken Breast
  • 140g Cooking Yellow Pepper
  • 140g Cooking Red Pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat 2/3 of extra virgin olive oil in the wok and stir fry the chicken strips for 3-4 mins. Remove from the wok with a perforated spoon. Heat the remainig olive oil and sesame oil and saute the garlic,ginger and spring onions for 1-2 mins. Add the peppers, mangetout, soy sauce, sherry and beansprouts. Season to taste and stir fry for 2-3 mins, return the chicken to the wok and stir in to mix. chill lid and label
