Ingredients

  • 94.5ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 3ml Sesame Oil
  • 1ea Spring Onions
  • 1ea Orange Zest
  • 1g Fresh Coriander
  • 600g Cod skinless and boneless

Cooking Instructions

1. preheat oven to 200c, put the fish in a non stick baking tray. Mix the chilli sauce, orange zest, half the spring onion and half the coriander Spoon over the fish and bake for 25 mins When cooked garnish with coriander and rest of spring onions
