Here at Bodychef we believe that losing weight is all down to eating fresh, healthy, and nutritious meals every day. However, we also know that finding the time to produce fresh, unprocessed meals from scratch can often be nigh on impossible, especially with work commitments and other time restraints. That’s why all of our meals are freshly prepared by us and delivered straight to your front door—all you need to do is heat up and eat up. So, what makes us so special?
Our fantastic working relationship with all of our local suppliers ensures that all of our ingredients are of the highest quality and delivered to us in the very freshest condition. In addition, we also quality check every single ingredient used in your hamper to ensure that you receive the very best service.
All of our recipes are meticulously researched and tested until they meet our exact criteria. We make sure that everything in your diet plan is nutritionally-balanced, low in fat, and, importantly, great tasting. All of our diet programmes also adhere to the nationally-recommended five-a-day standard. As a result, you can be safe in the knowledge that our meals are not only delicious, but nutritious too. What’s more, we don’t use any artificial colourings or preservatives in any of our meals.
Our Cooking Process:
Here at Bodychef our purpose is to make your weight loss as effortless and enjoyable as possible. This means that we do the shopping, calorie-counting and cooking so you don’t have to. When your hamper arrives, simply heat up your meals in the microwave or the oven and enjoy. And there’s no need to worry about cooking times, either, as all instructions will be provided in your own personal weekly menu. For your peace of mind we’ve also been awarded a food hygiene rating of 5 (the highest rating possible) by the Food Standards Agency. In addition to excellent hygiene standards, we also chill our meals to 3 degrees Celsius immediately after cooking to prevent any bacteria from forming.
All of our meals are freshly-cooked and individually-packaged in special microwaveable or oven-safe containers for your convenience. All of our uncooked food, including breads, muffins and breakfast cereals, come in clean, sealed plastic bags for maximum freshness. Furthermore, all of our packaging is coded to let you know exactly when your meal should be eaten.
Just Add Milk or Water:
At Bodychef we’re committed to providing you with everything you need to eat for your entire week—from breakfast to dinner and everything in between. This means no shopping lists, no calorie-counting, and no annoying trips to the supermarket. In fact, all you need to add is milk and water. For teas, coffees, and breakfast cereals, we recommend around ¾ of a pint of semi-skimmed or skimmed milk per week. We also recommend drinking between six and eight glasses of water per day. This will not only keep you hydrated, but will also improve your metabolism, cleanse your body, increase your physical performance and improve your skin.
