  • 750g Salmon portion
  • 500g Rice Noodles
  • 1ea Raw Green Pepper
  • 1ea Raw Red Pepper
  • 1g Cooking Yellow Pepper
  • 200g Cooking Carrots
  • 150g Baby Corn
  • 100g Spring Onions (weight)
  • 15g Ginger
  • 1ea Lime
  • 40g Fresh Coriander
  • 320ml Sweet Chilli Sauce

Cooking Instructions

1. Soak noodles until soft in boiling water for 30 minutes then rinse with cold water 2. Cook spring onion, peppers and carrots in a little water - not for too long, keep some crunch 3. Cook the baby corn, fresh coriander, ginger and sweet chilli sauce 4. Mix it with the noodles
