Ingredients

  • 112.5g Canned Sweetcorn
  • 100g Brown Rice
  • 0.5ea Raw Red Pepper
  • 40g Sultanas
  • 20g Flaked Almonds
  • 0.75ea Spring Onions

Cooking Instructions

1. Cook off rice till tender then drain and rinse through with cold water till virtually cold, this may take a bit of time depending on quantity. In the meantime clean and chop spring onions, and red peppers mix all ingredients together and place in containers lid and label
