- 112.5g Canned Sweetcorn
- 100g Brown Rice
- 0.5ea Raw Red Pepper
- 40g Sultanas
- 20g Flaked Almonds
- 0.75ea Spring Onions
Cooking Instructions
1. Cook off rice till tender then drain and rinse through with cold water till virtually cold, this may take a bit of time depending on quantity.
