- 160g Chicken Breast
- 140g Cooking Yellow Pepper
- 140g Cooking Red Pepper
- 75g Beansprouts
- 40g MangeTout
- 35ml Extra virgin Olive Oil
- 30g Closed Cup Mushrooms
- 30ml Tamari
- 30ml Sherry
- 5g Ginger
- 3ea Spring Onions
- 2ea Garlic
- 1g Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions
1. Heat 2/3 of extra virgin olive oil in the wok and stir fry the chicken strips for 3-4 mins. Remove from the wok with a perforated spoon.
Heat the remainig olive oil and sesame oil and saute the garlic,ginger and spring onions for 1-2 mins.
Add the peppers, mangetout, soy sauce, sherry and beansprouts.
Season to taste and stir fry for 2-3 mins, return the chicken to the wok and stir in to mix.
