- 240g Chicken Breast
- 1ea Raw Red Pepper
- 50g Fresh Spinach
- 50g Red Onions
- 45g Cherry Tomatoes
- 20g Flaked Almonds
- 8ml Coconut Oil
- 4g Smoked Paprika
- 1.8g Dried Oregano
- 1ea Lemon
- 1g Black Pepper
- 1ea Garlic
- 1g Salt
Cooking Instructions
1. ?Melt the coconut oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add the onion garlic and red pepper and fry, stirring regularly for 2 minutes until vegetables are just starting to soften
Sprinkle in the smoked paprika and oregano and stir to coat the vegetables and increase to high heat. Add the chicken and tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes till cooked through check chicken is cooked through.
