  • 8ml Coconut Oil
  • 50g Red Onions
  • 1ea Garlic
  • 1ea Raw Red Pepper
  • 4g Smoked Paprika
  • 1.8g Dried Oregano
  • 240g Chicken Breast
  • 45g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 20g Flaked Almonds
  • 50g Fresh Spinach
  • 1g Salt
  • 1g Black Pepper
  • 1ea Lemon

Cooking Instructions

1. ?Melt the coconut oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add the onion garlic and red pepper and fry, stirring regularly for 2 minutes until vegetables are just starting to soften Sprinkle in the smoked paprika and oregano and stir to coat the vegetables and increase to high heat. Add the chicken and tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes till cooked through check chicken is cooked through. Stir in the almonds and spinach and cook till the spinach has wilted Season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice
