Ingredients
- 200g Chickpeas - low salt
- 20g Boursin full fat soft cheese garlic herb
- 15ml Water
- 0.5ea Lime
Cooking Instructions
1. Gently heat the boursin, lime juice & water in a small frying pan. When the boursin starts to melt tip the chickpeas & heat for about 3 minutes. Mash the chickpeas together with a masher or just a fork. Season generously with salt and pepper. Leave to cool, place in container, lid and label.
