Last but not least, the main spectacle, the centerpiece of Christmas, the festive finale- Christmas dinner. We wait all year round for the event, we take double, no triple helping of the perfectly roasted potatoes, beautifully slow cooked turkey and all the trimmings.
As most of a typical Christmas dinner consists of veg, you don’t have to feel too guilty when helping yourself to double triple servings! However, if you’re trying to watch your weight for the new years, then portion control is best advised.
Stock up on the fresh vegetables and stay clear of any processed additions that are stodgy and harder to digest! But most importantly, enjoy your Christmas!
