Our vegetarian diet meals are a balanced,and deliver a low fat,high-fibre diet plan with proven weight loss results. This meal plan incorporates all the vegetarian staples, namely, fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, seeds and nuts.
Designed for healthy, steady weight loss the plan closely follows expert dietary recommendations for healthy eating, being low in saturated fat and sugar.

Delivery
You will receive two fresh food hampers each week delivered each Tuesday and a Friday. Expect to receive your hamper between the hours of 8.00 AM - 4.00 PM. Alternatively we can deliver to your place of work, whichever is best for you.
